Secret Tip #1The Submerged Temple of Scindia Ghat
Built in 1830, this massive stone Shiva temple partially collapsed into the riverbed during construction due to its excessive weight. Today, it stands tilted at a fascinating angle, half submerged in the holy waters of the Ganges.
Hire a wooden boat at sunrise to get a close-up photo of the tilted temple from the water before the river gets crowded.
